Orders that qualify for free shipping (worth $2.90) will retain this benefit only if the item is kept.

If a refund is requested:

• The $2.90 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount
• Return shipping (if courier is used) is paid by the customer
• Delivery fees are non-refundable

This ensures fairness as the shipping cost was initially absorbed by us.
