We want your Rad Russel shoes to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about delivery fees, timelines and shipping charges.

For other countries, the shipping charge is based on your location and parcel weight, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

·         Dispatch: orders are processed and dispatched from Singapore within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times above start from the day of dispatch.

·         Peak periods: sale periods, public holidays and festive seasons may add a few days.

·         Tracking: you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

·         Delivery address: please check your address before placing your order, as parcels cannot be redirected once dispatched.

·         Delayed, lost or damaged parcels: contact us with your order number (and a photo, if damaged), and we will work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Singapore: all prices include 9% GST. There are no extra charges on delivery.

Outside Singapore: Singapore GST is not charged. Your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are set by your local customs authority, are payable by you on delivery, and are non-refundable. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
